General Notice

We treat personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. This website can be visited without registration. No user profiles are built for advertising, and no analytics or advertising services are used. Personal data is collected only when you contact us, use our services, or use tools we provide on this Website. This comprises data you provide, data generated by your use, and technical identifiers, in each case processed to provide, secure, and administer the service, prevent misuse, and communicate with you. We may use anonymised or aggregated data derived from such use for research, development, and improvement of our services. Any other incidental purposes reasonably necessary for the above are included.

Website Hosting

This website is a static site delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) as content delivery network and proxy. Server logs may briefly process IP addresses for security and availability purposes. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic; this is a strictly functional security measure, not tracking. Data processed by Cloudflare may be transferred to and stored in the United States.

SSL/TLS Encryption

Transmission is encrypted via SSL/TLS, recognizable by the lock symbol in your browser. Complete protection against access by third parties can never be guaranteed on the internet.

Contact by Email

When you contact us by email, your address and message content are processed for the sole purpose of handling your inquiry. Your email provider and ours process the data under their own terms. Incoming correspondence is retained as part of our business records; it may therefore not be deleted on request and may not be available for erasure under the rights of EU residents.

Data Shared With Us

Where a client or platform user provides data relating to third parties, they confirm that they are authorised to share it and that it was obtained on a lawful basis. Such data is processed according to the client's or user's instructions, for the purposes of the engagement or service concerned, and for no others without prior consent. Data subjects are dealt with via the disclosing party wherever possible.

Advisory Services

Client data arising from engagements is processed in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) within the scope of our contractual services and according to the client's instructions. This includes data disclosed to us within an engagement, and correspondence preceding it. Disclosure of client data occurs only where required within the scope of an engagement, including to our employees, partners, and service providers bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations; to service providers necessary for delivery, including payment processing; and where required by law or to protect our rights. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as long as legally permitted or required, including for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

EU and Swiss Residents

If you are a resident of the EU or Switzerland, you have the right to access personal data we hold about you and to ask for its correction. The right to deletion does not apply to correspondence retained as business records or to client data retained under an engagement (see Contact by Email and Advisory Services). Minors

This site is not intended for individuals under 18.
